By visiting the website at cantonconcretecontractor.com or by requesting services from Advanced Canton Concrete ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, prospective customers, and current customers.
Advanced Canton Concrete is a concrete contractor based in Canton, MA. We provide residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalk building, foundation work, retaining walls, stamped and decorative concrete, and related services.
All services are subject to a written agreement or signed estimate between Advanced Canton Concrete and the customer prior to project commencement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service contract or guarantee of availability.
Estimates provided by Advanced Canton Concrete are based on information available at the time of the assessment. Final pricing may change if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during project execution, such as unstable sub-base material, hidden utilities, or conditions not visible at the time of the estimate.
We will notify you of any material change to the estimated price before proceeding with additional work. No scope-of-work changes will be made without your written or verbal authorization.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Estimates are not guarantees of price and do not constitute a contract.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability, permit approval timelines, and weather conditions. We make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled dates but cannot guarantee exact start dates due to factors outside our control, including weather, material availability, and municipal permit processing times.
Concrete work requires favorable temperature conditions. We reserve the right to delay or reschedule a project start date if weather conditions would compromise the quality of the finished work. You will be notified as soon as possible in the event of a weather-related delay.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or permits have been filed may be subject to a fee to cover direct costs incurred on your behalf.
Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate or contract provided to you prior to project start. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as specified in your written agreement.
Accepted payment methods will be stated in your estimate. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. Unpaid balances may be referred to a collections process after reasonable notice.
Disputes about invoiced amounts must be raised in writing within 10 business days of the invoice date. After that period, invoices are considered accepted and due in full.
To allow us to complete your project safely and correctly, you agree to:
Many concrete projects in Massachusetts require a building permit from the local municipality. Where a permit is required, we will apply for and manage the permit process on your behalf. Permit fees will be included in your estimate or invoiced separately as noted. Work will not begin until required permits are approved. We are not responsible for delays caused by municipal processing times.
We stand behind the quality of our work. The specific warranty terms for any project will be stated in your written agreement. In general, our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation that result from errors in our execution, not from normal wear, misuse, freeze-thaw forces beyond reasonable expectation, or acts of nature.
Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor surface cracks, color variation, or texture differences over time. Hairline cracking, minor surface discoloration, and slight texture variation are normal characteristics of poured concrete and are not covered as defects unless specified in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Canton Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to services provided or the use of our website.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim - whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
